Australia-New Zealand sales partner appointed
Sydney-based Estuary Partners come onboard
We’re excited to announce that Sydney-based Estuary Partners is now representing Harbour Assist in Australia and New Zealand.
The first Australian site to come onboard is Gladesville Bridge Marina in Sydney Harbour – one of Australia’s best-known boutique marinas with 99 berths and moorings. This brings the number of marinas and harbours using Harbour Assist to 101 worldwide.
Estuary Partners will be handling the sales, development and support for marinas, harbours and waterway managers in Australasia. Estuary Partners principal, Alan Barrett, and software specialist David Gore have over 40 years’ combined experience in the Australian marine industry. Alongside Harbour Assist, Estuary Partners also provide a suite of strategic advisory and support services for boat storage and maintenance facilities.
Australia and New Zealand
As elsewhere in the world, Australian and New Zealand operators are exploring new ways to deliver greater efficiencies and improved customer experience, and all during the operational challenges of Covid-19.
The sector is embracing the possibilities of modern cloud-based marina management systems, making it the perfect time to introduce the benefits of Harbour Assist.
“There is huge pressure on marinas right now to adapt the way they do business,” said Alan Barrett. “Harbour Assist’s mix of integrated CRM, automated billing, quick payments and slick operating tools deliver exactly what’s needed for today.”
Harbour Assist is already used daily in over 100 marinas and harbours in the UK, Middle East and North America, and the venture with Estuary Partners expands the horizon further.
“We’re really enthusiastic about Alan and David coming on board to lead Harbour Assist in Australasia,” said Nick Gill. “These are important boating markets and we’ve increasingly seen the region leading the adoption of new technologies. We can’t wait to get amongst it.”
