We’re delighted to welcome Saundersfoot Harbour, who went live with Harbour Assist in November.

Located on the stunning Pembrokeshire coastline, Saundersfoot Harbour plays a vital role in supporting local boating, harbour operations, and facilities management. As activity and customer expectations continue to grow, the Harbour team identified the need to modernise their systems and introduce a more efficient, joined-up way of working.

A modern platform for harbour operations

Saundersfoot Harbour selected Harbour Assist following a review of several systems, with usability for both staff and customers a key factor in the decision.

As Nicola Gandy, Chief Executive Officer at Saundersfoot Harbour, explains:

The Harbour is now using Harbour Assist across a wide range of activities, including harbour operations, invoicing, facilities management, task allocation, and monitoring, bringing everything into one central platform.

With Harbour Assist in place, Saundersfoot Harbour is focused on delivering tangible operational improvements, from time savings and more accurate data management to improved financial control and revenue opportunities.

“We’re aiming for time savings, increased revenue, more accurate data storage, and more efficient management of the harbour and facilities,” says Nicola.

A smooth onboarding experience and reliable ongoing support were key priorities for the Harbour team, and an area where Harbour Assist has made an immediate impact.
