Royal Kennebeccasis Yacht Club

The Royal Kennebeccasis Yacht Club (RKYC) was established in 1894 and was granted a royal warrant by Queen Victoria in 1898. Nestled at the meeting point of the Kennebecasis and Saint John Rivers, in scenic Brothers Cove, Saint John, New Brunswick, the RKYC offers an ideal location for boaters on the Saint John River system.

Over the past five years, RKYC has grown rapidly, but this expansion brought challenges. Many processes were being managed in an ad hoc way—time-consuming and difficult to control. The club needed a single platform to streamline operations, manage member records and assets, and handle invoicing for items such as donations, fuel, burgees, membership dues, and berth fees.

The onboarding experience was equally positive. “Harbour Assist provided training sessions for myself, my assistant, and our accountant. The documentation was invaluable in the early stages, and the system itself is intuitive and easy to use. Support has been excellent—responsive, approachable, and fast.”

With Harbour Assist in place, RKYC is well-positioned to continue its tradition of excellence while embracing modern efficiencies. The club can now focus more energy on providing outstanding experiences for its members and guests, confident that its operations are streamlined, sustainable, and ready to support future growth.

Welcome aboard, RKYC
