Booking Requests hits the mark with customers

The introduction of Booking Requests in early 2022 marked the beginning of an exceptional feature. Now, with the added option of order creation, Booking Requests offer even greater flexibility and a seamless experience for marina and harbour customers.

Customers can easily book and make online payments for various items such as daily Harbour Dues and paddle sports registration. This can be done through your website or the Harbour Assist Portal in a few easy clicks, requiring no intervention from marina and harbour teams.

Parkstone Bay Marina has fully embraced Booking Requests, allowing their customers to request services like boat refuelling, summer scrubs, and marina services for commercial clients, such as lifts and pressure washes. The feedback from their customers has been overwhelmingly positive.
